New mechanic - Just Frame
After performing an R1, time the input of the second R1. If done correctly (evidenced by a visual queue), the followup R1 will restore some stamina to the user.

General Changes

Starting Classes

  • Increased Dexterity of Sorcerer to 12.
  • Reduced Intelligence of Sorcerer to 22.

Attributes

  • Increased Focus Point gain per level of Attunement by 1.5x.
  • Increased item discovery gain per level of Luck.

Backsteps

  • Reduced iframes by 2 frames.
  • Increased recovery to roll/block/movement by 2 frames (now on par with rolling).

Gestures

  • Lord of Cinder gesture can be used to activate the reallocate stats menu (unlimited uses).

Locations
Adjusted lighting at Old Wolf of Farron, Catacombs of Carthus and Demon Ruins.

Miscellaneous

  • Increased recovery of wall bounce animations into roll by 6 frames.
  • Updated Sherbet icons.

  • Reduced Fire Keeper HP to 9999.

Weapon Changes

Claws

  • Increased recovery to roll on Leaping Slash by 7 frames.
  • Changed hitstun on Leaping Slash. If both claws connect, it will only combo to one neutral L1s. If only the right hand claw connects, it will combo to two neutral L1s.

Curved Greatswords

  • Removed R2 > WA feint.

Daggers

  • Decreased motion value of Dagger, Mailbreaker and Brigand Twindaggers riposte to 396.
  • Increased recovery of 2H R1 into WA by 5 frames.

Fists

  • Reduced Strength scaling on Bare Fists at sub-40 Strength investment and increased Strength scaling at post-40 Strength investment.

Greataxes

  • Removed R2 > WA feint.

Greathammers

  • Removed R2 > WA feint.
  • Reduced feint window on Ledo’s Great Hammer R2s by 4 frames.
  • Changed 2H rolling R1 to Astora Greatsword rolling attack.
  • Reduced motion value of 2H rolling R1 to 85.

Halberds

  • Decreased recovery of 2H R1 into R1 by 2 frames for Ancient Dragon Halberd to enable more consistent true combos.
  • Adjusted Crucifix of the Mad King weapon art follow up. L2 > R2 will perform the roar, L2 > R1 will spawn the dark bomb.

Hammers

  • Increased recovery of 2H R1 into R2 by 5 frames.

Katanas

  • Removed feints from Shinobi’s Rage.

Pikes

  • Backstep into R1 will no longer perform the running R1.
  • Decreased tracking on running R1.
  • Increased motion value to 100 on Greatlance second R2.
  • Adjusted Pike item description, correcting an inaccuracy about it being the longest melee weapon.

Reapers

  • Removed hyper armour from Pontiff Knight Great Scythe third R1.
  • Elfriede's Stance R1 chains and R2 now consume FP.
  • Elfriede’s Stance now takes 26 frames before invisibility takes effect.
  • Elfriede's Stance invisibility effect no longer persists when out of stamina.
  • Returned Friede’s Great Scythe second and third 2H R1s to vanilla speed.
  • Increased recovery of Friede’s Great Scythe first 2H R1 to L2 by 12 frames.

Rings

  • Reduced Hornet Ring riposte motion values by 10%.

Sorcery

  • Reduced FP cost of Farron Dart to 0.

Spears

  • Removed R2 > Stance feint from Silver Knight Spear.
  • Removed Stance R2 > R1 feint from Silver Knight Spear.
  • Removed R2 > Spin Sweep feint from Partizan.
  • Removed R1/L1 feint from Drang Twinspears Charge.
  • Reduced motion value of thunderbolt on Lightning Charge (Dragonslayer Spear) to 75.
  • Adjusted Yorshka’s Spear item description to make the weapon art effect clearer.

Straight Swords

  • Removed feints from Lightning Storm.
  • Removed R2 > Stance feint from 2H Lothric Knight Sword.
  • Removed Stance R2 > R2 feint.
  • Increased recovery of 1H running R1 > R1 by 4 frames.

Ultra Greatswords

  • Decreased recovery of vertical 2H R1 into R1 by 2 frames to enable more consistent true combos.
  • Dragon Bone Smasher now has the UGS 1H forward R2.
  • Reduced poise health of Dragon Bone Smasher from Greathammer to UGS.
  • Increased pushback on block for Dragon Bone Smasher running R1.
  • Added an effect to Dragon Bone Smasher that causes Kicks after running R1s to be slightly delayed (does not affect recovery into neutral R1 or other attacks).
  • Adjusted Fume Ultra Greatsword item description, correcting an inaccuracy about it being the heaviest ultra greatsword.

Whips

  • Removed R2 > WA feint.
  • Slightly sped up R1s and increased active frames:

One Handed:

  • (1) 25 (start up) to 34
  • (2) 25 (start up) to 34
  • (3) 23 (start up) to 34

Two Handed:

  • (1) 24 (start up) to 32
  • (2) 26 (start up) to 34
  • (3) 24 (start up) to 32

Bloodborne

  • Holding down Triangle/Y or the keyboard equivalent will result in a transformation attack.
  • Pressing Triangle/Y or the keyboard equivalent will result in a neutral transformation.
  • Trick Weapons now have Bloodborne idle and movement animations.

Blade of Mercy

  • Adjusted visual effects.
  • Reduced knock back on transformed R1s.
  • Transformed kick now pulls targets towards the wielder.
  • Deceased recovery of transformed kick into attacks by 4 frames.
  • Increased Intelligence scaling.
  • Increased motion value sixth, seventh and eighth R1s.
  • Reduced weight to 2.5.
  • Rolling L1 now performs rolling R1.

Hunter’s Axe

  • Reduced Dexterity scaling.
  • Increased Strength scaling.
  • Untransformed second R1 frame data matches original Bloodborne frame data.
  • Transformed Kick and Backstep R1 into R2/Jump Attack combos no longer receive instability bonus.
  • Reduced weight to 12.
  • Reduced pushback on untransformed second R1.
  • Increased active frames of untransformed backstep R1 to 5 frames.
  • Adjusted motion value and hitstun of untransformed backstep R1 to be the same as neutral R1.
  • Adjusted hyper armour frames of untransformed backstep R2 to start at frame 15 and end at frame 29.
  • Improved tracking of untransformed backstep R2 by 8 frames.
  • Removed counter frames from untransformed Jumping Attack (still has instability frames).
  • Improved tracking of untransformed Jumping Attack by 2 frames.
  • Improved tracking of UT > T transformation attack by 5 frames.
  • Hyper armour of T > UT transformation attack now starts 7 frames earlier.
  • Improved recovery of L1s into consecutive L1s for more consistent true combos.

Recovery changes:

  • Decreased recovery to R1 of untransformed Jumping Attack by 8 frames.
  • Decreased recovery of UT > T transformation attack to R1/R2 by 2 frames.
  • Decreased recovery to R1 of T > UT transformation attack by 1 frame.
  • Decreased recovery into R1 of untransformed backstep R1 by 3 frames.
  • Decreased recovery into weapon switch (1h/2h input) by 3 frames on untransformed second R1.
  • Removed all R1 > L1 true combos barring first R1 > L1.

Adjusted R1 follow ups:

  • Untransformed rolling R1, backstep R1 and running R2 now follows with the second R1.
  • Untransformed running R1 now follows with the third R1.
  • Untransformed R2 and backstep R2 now follows with fourth R1.
  • T > UT transformation attack now follows with the third R1.

Adjusted R2 follow ups:

  • T > UT transformation attack now follows with the second R2.
  • Untransformed third R1 now follows with the second R2.

Kirkhammer

  • Reduced weight to 12.5.

Ludwig’s Holy Blade

  • Reduced weight to 12.0.

Rakuyo

  • Reduced hitboxes on running attacks.

Saw Cleaver

  • Decreased recovery into consecutive attacks on third and fourth R1s.
  • Fourth R1 is now followed by the third.
  • Increased motion value on third and fourth R1s.
  • Increased hitstun on untransformed moveset in PvE.
  • Reduced weight to 7.5.

Stake Driver

  • Decreased recovery into consecutive attacks on third and fourth R1s.
  • Fourth R1 is now followed by the third.
  • Increased motion value on third and fourth R1s.
  • Reduced weight to 5.0.

Whirligig Saw

  • Reduced Dexterity scaling.
  • Increased Strength scaling.
  • Reduced stamina consumption of untransformed R2.
  • Increased Strength requirement to 17.
  • Reduced hitstun of transformed L2 in PvE.
  • Reduced weight to 12.
  • Hyper armour on T > UT transformation attack begins at frame 35 and ends at frame 44.
  • Increased active frames by 1 frame for untransformed first and third R1s.

Recovery changes for untransformed moveset:

  • Decreased recovery to R1 by 15 frames on R2.
  • Decreased recovery to R2 by 8 frames on R2.
  • Decreased recovery to R1 by 3 frames on backstep R1.
  • Decreased recovery to R1 by 10 frames on backstep R2.
  • Decreased recovery to R1 by 4 frames on running R2.
  • Decreased recovery to R1 by 5 frames on Jumping Attack.
  • Decreased recovery to R2 and switch by 4 frames on second R1.
  • Decreased recovery to switch by 10 frames for R2.
  • Decreased recovery to switch by 8 frames for running R2.

Adjusted R1 follow ups for untransformed moveset:

  • Backstep R1 now follows with third R1.
  • Backstep R2 now follows with second R1.
  • Running R1 now follows with third R1.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Rakuyo WA having bugged recovery into weapon switch.
  • Fixed animation issues with Saw Cleaver running attacks.
  • Perfect Block will now stack with Magic Shield and Great Magic Shield.
  • Fixed Giant Door Shield having no hitbox on Second R1.
  • Fixed Exile Greatsword not being parryable.
  • Fixed Executioner Greatsword Stomp stamina issue.
  • Old Moonlight feints don't regen stamina anymore.
  • Fixed transformed trick weapon plunge attacks.
  • Fixed transformed Hunter’s Axe not having a hitbox on backstab whiff.
  • Fixed charged R2 skip issue with Hunter’s Axe.
  • Fixed Stake driver not using weapon animations.
