Controls

  • Holding the A (Xbox) or X (PS) or keyboard equivalent button and then pressing R1 will p erform a Kick.
  • Holding the A (Xbox) or X (PS) or keyboard equivalent button and then pressing R2 will perform a Forward R2.
  • The existing input methods of Kicks and Forward R2s are unchanged.

Curved Swords

  • Crescent Moon Sword is now a fast Curved Sword.

Dragon Form

  • Dragon transformation with Twinkling stones now uses the Black Dragon set visuals.

  • Dragon Tooth now has a unique variation of the Stomp WA.
  • Dragon Tooth increases poise by 15% when equipped.

  • Greatlance 2H Neutral R1s and Neutral R2s are now unparriable.

Pyromancies

  • Reduced stamina consumption of Flash Sweat to 60 Stamina.

Reapers

  • Removed Black Flame VFX from Great Scythe Stance.
  • Moved Great Scythe Stance R1 to Stance R2.
  • Great Scythe Stance R1 now performs a pull attack.
  • Increased recovery of Outrider Dash into all actions except R1/R2 by 2 frames.
  • Increased recovery of Outrider Dash R1 to all actions by 4 frames.
  • Removed damage reduction from Outrider Dash.
  • Outrider Dash now costs 10 FP.

Rings

  • Added +0 to +3 versions of Ring of the Unburdened.

Shields

  • Black Knight Shield now receives the same 20% bonus damage to demon enemies as other Black Knight weapons.
  • Added “King’s Shield”, retexture of the Shield of Want.
  • Renamed Kite Shield to Drangleic Shield.
  • Adjusted texture of Hawkwood’s Shield.

Sorceries

  • Reduced stamina consumption of Magic Shield and Great Magic Shield to 60 Stamina.
  • Increased feint window of Soul Greatsword by 2 frames.

Spears

  • Increased stamina damage of Dragonslayer Swordspear 2H R1 chain and 1H R2 chain to be on par with Halberds/Glaives.

Straight Swords (Fast variant)

  • Slowed 2H neutral R1 by 2 frames.
  • 2H fast straight sword shares the same running R1 as regular 2H straight swords. (Lost file from previous patch)
  • 2H neutral R1 chains have the same defensive recovery as 2H fast curved swords.
  • Reduced 1h charged R2 feint window by 3 frames.
  • Increased recovery of 1H neutral R1 into offensive actions by 2 frames.
  • Increased recovery of 1H third neutral R1 into R2 by 2 frames.

Straight Swords (Normal variant)

  • Anri’s Straight Sword restores HP on hit at the same rate as Butcher’s Knife.
  • Astora Straight Sword now has innate split Magic AR on all infusions.
  • Astora Straight Sword when Poison infused has similar AR and scaling to when Refined infused.

Status Effects

  • Poisoned targets now suffer a -50 reduction in other status effect resistances.

Torch

  • Can now perform feints.

Thrusting Swords

  • Irithyll Rapier and Crow Quills now have WA Skill when equipped in the left hand.
  • Estoc has its vanilla R2.

Ultra Greatswords

  • Reduced recovery of Nightmare Punch to R2 by 1 frame.
  • Sped up startup of Abyssal Greatsword 1H first R2 by 9 frames.
  • Sped up startup of Abyssal Greatsword 2H first R2 by 7 frames.
  • Increased recovery of Gaze of the Abyss Stance R1 and R2 into defensive actions by 10 frames.
  • Modified Dragon Bone Smasher knockdowns to not override hyper armour. If a Dragon Bone Smasher Running R1, Neutral R2, Forward R2 or Rolling R1 connects with an opponent in hyper armour frames with the requisite poise to trade with the attack, they will not be knocked down.

Whips

  • Greatly improved damage of all regular whips.
  • Whip - Good on all infusions but Dexterity leaning.
  • Notched Whip - Good on all infusions but Strength leaning. Changed requirements to 18 Strength and 7 Dexterity.
  • Witch's Locks - Highest damaging whip but needs 40 Intelligence and 40 Faith to achieve this.
  • Spotted Whip - Now scales with Dexterity and Luck.

Bloodborne Changes

Beast Cutter

  • Now has innate bleed.
  • Transformed second R2 will now knockdown targets.

Burial Blade

  • Reduced recovery of untransformed running R1 to R1 by 5 frames.
  • Reduced recovery of all transformed running attacks to R1 by 3 frames.
  • All transformed running attacks have straight sword hitstun.
  • Transformed L1s now have Glaive poise health.
  • Transformed R1s now have vanilla Dragonslayer Swordspear poise health.
  • Reduced recovery of transformed Kick into Jump Attack by 1 frame.
  • Increased hitboxes of transformed R1s and transformed L1s.

Reiterpalasch

  • Increased plunge attack damage.

Saw Cleaver

  • Now has innate bleed.

Whirligig Saw

Yhorm the Giant

  • Reworked boss fight:
  • Legs and machete-wielding arm take increased damage.
  • A +3 variant of the Storm Ruler spawns in the boss room.
  • During phase 1, Storm Ruler still deals percentage based damage when charged.
  • During phase 2 (50% HP), Storm Ruler cannot be charged at all. Yhorm becomes embered.
  • During phase 3 (10% HP), Storm Ruler can be charged again. Yhorm becomes unembered, stumbles after every attack, becomes immune to status effects and gains increased absorption.

Bug Fixes

  • Shields no longer flicker when blocking.
  • Guns no longer perform a small shield parry.
  • Removed the duplicate weapon that appeared when following the 1H WA of Paired Weapons with Roll, Move or Block.
  • Fixed Pontiff Left Eye ring effect regenerating vast amounts of HP.
  • Added feint limit to Dark Sword Stomp.
  • Removed hyper armour from Drang Hammers 2H second R1.
  • Ringed Knight Straight Sword, Frayed Blade, Chaos Blade, Astora Straight Sword, Storm Ruler and Friede’s Great Scythe can no longer use their stances to cancel recoveries of offhand attacks.
  • Fixed spelling error in Warrior class description.
  • Fixed a bug causing the special effects applied by Ludwig’s Holy Blade transformed WA to not apply (lost files).
  • Fixed Siegward always feinting his attacks.
  • Removed several duplicate items from the Cheat Shop.
  • Fixed model mask issues for Penetrator Gauntlets.
  • Added feint limit to Hunter Axe.
  • Fixed bugged Hunter Axe R2 feint.
